The culmination of their efforts is showcased at the Reverse Job Fair, which is designed to assist seniors in understanding and connecting with their desired career fields. The ‘reverse interviews’ at the fair involve students presenting a comprehensive overview, including resumes, cover letters, and career boards, to professionals in their chosen industries.
