This annual event has become a staple for graduating seniors in Post Falls, providing a unique opportunity to gain insights into their chosen career paths. Throughout the school year, approximately 300 high school seniors in the Post Falls are engage in an extensive project involving research and job shadowing in their respective fields of interest. The culmination of their efforts is showcased at the Reverse Job Fair, which is designed to assist seniors in understanding and connecting with their desired career fields. The ‘reverse interviews’ at the fair involve students presenting a comprehensive overview, including resumes, cover letters, and career boards, to professionals in their chosen industries. This not only fulfills a graduation requirement but also offers seniors the chance to vie for award money, generously donated by local businesses. The financial assistance
can be instrumental in supporting their future endeavors, whether it involves furthering their education or acquiring essential equipment.
