About Tag Jacklin

My Story

Tag is a Post Falls native who after graduating from Gonzaga Prep earned his BS degree in Finance and Economics from Tulane University. In 2008 Tag started working for the Seattle-based insurance brokerage USI Kibble & Prentice and worked his way through several roles on the finance team and was ultimately the West Regional Financial Manager. While working in Seattle, he earned his MBA from Washington State University. He joined his family’s business in 2016 and is currently a Partner with Bighorn Ventures and a Board Director and President of Jacklin Land Company and Riverbend Commerce Park in Post Falls. He cumulatively manages approximately 600,000 square feet of leasable building space and 1,100 acres of land in varying stages of development across Kootenai County. Tag currently volunteers as a Board Director for the Post Falls Chamber of Commerce and as a Board Director and Treasurer for the Coeur d’Alene Area Economic Development Corporation (formerly Jobs Plus).

Tag and his wife Tiffany have two sons, Alder (4) and Bridger (2). Outside of work, Tag takes advantage of the many local opportunities to ski, bird hunt, and fish.
